Coach Varun

Varun Sadasivam, born in Kansas City, Kansas, was raised in Chicago, Illinois since the age of 5 and is currently a senior at Walter Payton College Preparatory High School.

Throughout high school, Varun tutored both Math and English to middle schoolers at Edward Jenner Public School and has always had a love for teaching and helping others.

Varun will be attending the University of Michigan where he will study Computer Science and Engineering

Excited to join the team as a Virtual Chess Coach, Coach Varun is looking forward to helping students grow their chess knowledge while developing his skills as a mentor as well.
