Coach Myesha Skipper

Hey, I’m Myesha Skipper! I was born and raised in Chicago, IL, but attended a boarding high school in Newtown Pennsylvania called George School. In the fall of 2022, I will begin my college journey at Syracuse University pursuing a B.A. in Modern Foreign Language(French, Chinese) and International Relations. My future goals include teaching English abroad, becoming a Lawyer in international law, and speaking a total of 10 languages.

While I am not rated over 2000, I am beyond excited to be given the opportunity to work alongside young people who have a shared interest in chess, and hope that those that I work with can come to me regarding things on and off the board.
