We believe that exposure creates possibility.
By introducing youth to the game of chess, we’re doing more than teaching strategy—we’re building creativity, confidence, and community in our STORMERS. Each move on the board becomes a life lesson: how to stay focused, how to bounce back, and how to lead.
But our impact doesn’t stop with students. Through our Coach-in-Training Program and team development, we also expose young leaders to pre-professional opportunities, leadership coaching, and real-world networks that prepare them to thrive in any arena.
