Exploration Trips
We take STORMERS beyond the classroom—to tournaments, college campuses, innovation hubs, and cultural sites—where they gain real-world exposure and broaden their perspectives.
These trips combine chess strategy with life strategy. On the board, they learn tactics. Off the board, they learn about possibility.

Private Lessons
For STORMERS who want to deepen their mastery, we offer one-on-one coaching that builds advanced skills, sharpens focus, and accelerates growth.
These sessions are tailored, rigorous, and affirming—designed to meet each child where they are and move them forward with intention.

In-School Programs
We embed high-quality chess instruction directly into our partnership schools, programs, and organizations—bringing mentorship, competition, and leadership training to students who might otherwise never touch a chessboard.
Every move they make in class becomes a step toward confidence, concentration, and character.
Coach-In-Training Program
We don’t just teach youth to play—we prepare them to lead.
Our Coach-In-Training program develops STORMERS into peer mentors and certified junior coaches. They learn to teach, support, and inspire others—building communication skills, responsibility, and pride in giving back.
STORMERS become role models, guiding the next generation while growing into leaders themselves.
